Norse Construction Co. was founded by my father Hans Ihlen in 1973. During the early years, he focused Norse on mainly decks, siding and small additions, building a strong reputation in the area. Dad retired and sold me the company in 1985. Norse Construction Co. is now a leading construction company in the Western Lakes and Kenosha County areas. My father based this company on the highest quality of work and experience in residential remodeling and new construction. I have continued that focus and have kept Norse as a standard of quality and value. Besides great pride in our work, I have maintained long term relationships with quality subcontractors. Each subcontractor I use is licensed and insured, coordinated and overseen by me, and I hold them to the "Norse Standard" of quality. The satisfaction of our customers is evident by the number of them who have become "friends" and seek us out for all their ongoing work.
